The Company reserves the right, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, to restrict access to or terminate users or participants who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
5. Good Faith Submissions
Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices or counter-notifications may result in liability under applicable law, including liability for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees.
